Ingredients
2 Cups Unsatlted Butter, melted, cooled slightly
1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cup White Sugar
3 Large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 Cups All Purpose Flour
3 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Salt
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 375F.
In a stand mixer cream together the butter and the brown and white sugars until fluffy and creamy, 3-5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time once the butter and sugar are creamed. Add the vanilla and mix for till combined. In a separate mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture in several additions. Stir in chocolate using a rubber spatula.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets lined with parchment paper of baking. Bake for 12-14 minutes, until golden brown, rotating halfway through baking. Cool on a wire rack.
