I had my first dark and stormy on a trip to Bermuda many years ago. The minute I tasted the spiciness of the ginger with the dark rum I was hooked. This drink is fantastic all year round, but I prefer it in the cooler months as the ginger in the ginger beer really warms you up on a chilly day!

Ingredients:
3oz of your Favorite Dark Rum (I use Meyers Dark Rum. Goslings Dark Rum would be a good choice too!)
6oz of Ginger Beer (I like Goya or Goslings brand)
1 Lime, cut into wedges
Ice
1 Large Highball Glass
Procedure:
Fill shaker to the top with ice.
Add ice to a large highball glass, add rum and ginger beer. Squeeze in one lime wedge and enjoy!
