Pear Martini

Make sure you use the Belle de Brillet-it is the key ingredient to making this brilliantly delicious pear martini recipe. The Belle de Brillet is a pear liqueur that is infused with cognac. Getting freshly pressed apple cider makes all the difference too!

Ingredients:


  • 3 oz Belle de Brillet

  • 3 oz Cointreau

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed apple cider

  • Splash of fresh lemon juice

  • Sugar

  • Ice

  • 2 chilled martini glasses

  • 1 metal shaker with lid


Procedure:


FOR THE MARTINI

Fill the shaker to the top with ice.Coat the rims of the chilled martini glasses with the sugar.Pour in the pear liqueur, cointreau, the apple juice and the lemon juice. Place top firmly on shaker and shake vigorously for 30-45 seconds. Pour martini into the chilled, sugar rimmed glass and enjoy!
